BTW, you mentioned you were the national university student, right? I suppose Yamanashi University is the only national uni in the Yamanashi pref. Therefore, you are probably in the Yamanashi Uni. You also mentioned you were studying law at one time or another. However, there is no faculty of law at the Yamanashi Uni. Did you know that? You might say you were studying law by yourself.
OK, let*s get back to the original topic, as far as I researched, there is no tuition waiver program by admission upon recommendation at the Yamanashi uni.
Could you explain about that?
