By the way, I*m not sure if the article you posted about the tuition waiver program by admission upon recommendation is based on the fact. Actually, I also graduated a national university in Tokyo, but I*ve never heard of it.
Could you tell me about it in detail?
Why I am sticking with this issue is that I don*t want someone to believe the wrong information about education system. You may reply in English because you are SMART enough.
